Having half as much negative front camber as you have in the rear makes for a very boring Focus setup, indeed (from a handling dynamics perspective, that is).To the guys running front camber plates...are you trying to dial in the camber or get rid of it? I've never run front plates, front has always had a fair bit of camber...but I think it matches with the rear very well (being roughly half the amount thats in the rear), and I've never noticed any uneven wear on the fronts.
Information on the Imola wheel has been moved/updated in first post of the Team Dynamics Super Buy thread in the Group Buy section.wow more info on those wheels
I've never actually bothered to figure it out. I'll figure it out tomorrow.@ NHFocus : How much front & rear camber are you running?
The car was setup for running on the cobra wheels...that much rear camber was a must for them to fit. I don't autox, so #1, I don't care, #2 It's plenty fun to drive, so again...I don't care.Having half as much negative front camber as you have in the rear makes for a very boring Focus setup, indeed (from a handling dynamics perspective, that is).
I certainly understand all that...I was merely commenting because you remarked that you thought that the front camber "matches very well with the rear," which, from any other perspective than the "making it fit" perspective, it does not.The car was setup for running on the cobra wheels...that much rear camber was a must for them to fit. Why would you think he was talking about camber in any other way than the reasons of ''making it fit''? This is the slammed/tucking thread, not the optimum handling thread.I certainly understand all that...I was merely commenting because you remarked that you thought that the front camber "matches very well with the rear," which, from any other perspective than the "making it fit" perspective, it does not.![]()
I must agree. Why would you think he was talking about camber in any other way than the reasons of ''making it fit''? This is the slammed/tucking thread, not the optimum handling thread.
You're right, my knowledge is probably useless here...Yeah...I still have yet to understand why you follow or comment in this thread alex.
How dare you question him, he has over 4X as many posts as you! He clearly knows a lot more than you think.Yeah...I still have yet to understand why you follow or comment in this thread alex.
