Had to fill up the car tonight at a total of $28.01 for 11.923 gallons!

On the upside, averaged just over 26mpg. Thats basically 85% city 15% highway miles. Also my right foot tends to get a little heavy on occasion. Just wish this "oil" bs would level off & prices come back down to reasonable amount.

That's normal to low cost for a full tank....

Not around here....I usually spend about 15-18 bux on a tank when I'm close to Empty. What are you guys (and girls) running?? 87?

dentless dave!!

Er, 18 bucks for 11 gallons is $1.64 a gallon. Even if you're only putting in 10 gallons that's a buck eighty. Are you a sheik or something?

I just spent about $30 on $2.54 93 octane.

More than that in the U.K, freaking exchange rate

We buy in "liters" instead of gallons here....
When I was in Scotland a couple years ago the first time I pulled up to a station I thought "gee the gas prices aren't too bad here". Then I realized that was the cost per liter. Thankfully the rental was a diesel and got really good MPG.

My car gets forty rods to the hogshead, and that's the way I likes it!
