OK, actually 'Parking Lot Rage'. Someone posted this over on VIVA500.com. Could it be that someone hates Fiat this much?

Please tell me that someone got popped for this.

And I don't think it was so much hating as it was about being a ****ing idiot.

When I was in Salt Lake on Friday I was right by the Fiat dealer there. I thought about going in to take a look at the real thing, but didn't want to deal with the salesman.

That really sucks. Shortly after I had taken delivery on my '09 SES Coupe, it was vandalized twice within a 3 mo period in the parking garage where I used to work. It was hit twice, both times without any note, I'm sorry, etc. My insurance co. told me that nowadays, people rarely report hitting a parked car, opting instead to just drive away figuring that they were lucky that no one was around to report them.

Im gonna go with that,^ looks like you just have to follow the trail-o-coolent to the brokedown douchebag that did it. I wouldnt be worried about the suspension snaping like that in normal "spirted" driveing. It looks like they had a highly consentrated load at the point that they broke. Sad. :(

Either drunk driver or someone accidentally floored the gas instead of the brake. It was front ended, that's for sure. You can tell because the coolant / radiator broke after the hit... they backed up, and quickly drove out of there.

The car was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Oddly enough, I can see a lot of us parking in that same location because there would be no one to "ding" you from the driver's side - only the passenger side would be vulnerable.

Still, that's not good. I feel bad for the owner :(

I didn't watch the video, but i doubt it was intentional. If it was, it wasn't because it was a 500, it was because of the owner. I'll bet the person was drunk also. It happens all the time. A friend of mine noticed his 280z had been stolen, so he called the cops. Apparently someone smashed the **** out of it parked on the side of the road, it ended up in the middle of the road, and the police towed it. Its totaled now

Wow thats ****ed. Probably intentional. Looks like they were pulling out of the spot, swiped it on the angle out, and then backed up. The sec they hit the car, in a non-intentional accident, the person would've driven forward and then backed out correctly.
