Based on comments I've read here, and on many other sites/forums, I think Ford is missing an opportunity by not planning to offer the Focus ST Wagon in North America.

Whether you believe it or not, enthusiasts have been able to change manufacturer's minds/plans when it comes to enthusiast cars. Case in point, Audi has decided to bring the TT RS to the United States based on a feedback from a Facebook campaign. And VWVortex was instrumental in getting the Golf R32, and now the R, to the States. It CAN happen. But, there needs to be a groundswell of support.

So, I'm creating this poll. Please Vote! Even if you don't like, or would not buy an ST Wagon, vote that way, so that we can get a true picture to present to the decision makers at Ford.

If they bring it, I will buy one.

Performance blue, race red, or whatever color white they offer. :D

Yea if it comes, I will sell the Focus and buy the Wagon.

I wanted a Jetta SportWagen because I wanted the function of a wagon but still something fun to drive. In the end there were none on the lots with what I wanted after the old focus sold.

If Ford brings the ST wagon its everything I wanted and will buy it.

If they brought that beauty of a wagon here, I would find the means to buy it. LOVE wagons, but the only decent ones are out of my price range or require lots of attentive care and a great German parts connection.

You beat me to the punch :p I was going to post a similar thread and poll.

I would prefer the flexibility of a wagon over a hatchback. In either form, it's an overall great thing to have an ST.

I am set on buying an ST when they become available. Looking at all options right now (as the Fiesta ST has my attention as well). However, if the wagon hits our shores in ST form, my decision will be made.

As much as I like the 5 door I would prefer a 3 door and I'd rather wait for that if i'm going to wait for a car. I would not buy a station wagon though. No station wagons or mini vans will be purchased by this person.

I'd buy the **** out of that ST Wagon!;)

I already am planning on purchasing the 5-door, but would switch to the wagon right away as it would suit my family better. My only concern is right now I have not seen any word that black will be offered with this vehicle. I hope that they have black as an option as I really don't want to settle for any other color. And don't say I could go buy some other foreign made product instead as it would be turned over with a forklift at work if I did:eek: yes, I work for Ford:rock::rock: So Ford is the only way I would go.

I am currently planning on buying an ST, hopefully in a blue to match my SVT. A wagon would be nicer for my life style, and for growing up. But another Hatch will do the job as well.

Thats how i feel about trying to get them to bring back the standard transmission in the pickups. Ford has lost me as a customer on the truck market for that sole reason. Its even funnier when you directly ask for an actually response and not a form letter, and they still send you the form letter.

I would be very serious about being a ST wagon.

The only other performance wagon from the big three is the Cadillac CTS-V wagon. With the price tag of 60K (pretty close IIRC) the ST wagon is a great option for those of us with familys that still want performance.

Are we def getting the regular Focus wagon anyways?

Depending where I'm at in life when this comes out, I'd seriously consider it..the Focus ST is already on my short list of cars to buy in the next 12-18 months.

My vote is in. I think there is plenty of market for the Wagon. It has been out of the limelight long enough that re-introducing it would be a good thing.
For those people who just don't buy into the whole Crossover/Suv market the wagon would fill the gap.

I would sell my V70 and buy a manual ST in a heartbeat.

You will need 10k people to commit to purchasing before Ford even thinks about it. Wagons are getting more and more rare regardless of maker. Pretty soon it will be only the Germans.
